Four major outsourcing firms have launched the Outsourcing Alliance of Kenya (OAK), marking a coordinated push to grow the country’s business process outsourcing (BPO) and global services sector. The alliance was formed on February 4, 2026 by CCI Kenya, CloudFactory Kenya, Teleperformance Kenya, and Sama Kenya, with Genesis Analytics serving as the secretariat. OAK aims to strengthen industry coordination, advocate for supportive policy reforms, and position Kenya as a competitive destination for global business services. The alliance has set a target of expanding membership to over 20 firms by Q2 2026, while rolling out a roadmap to create 100,000 jobs across the outsourcing and digital services ecosystem. Kenya’s outsourcing sector has benefited from a young, skilled workforce, improving digital infrastructure, and growing demand for nearshore and offshore services from global markets.
