Moto Seen Africa is seeking a sharp, proactive, and detail-oriented Digital & Administrative Intern to support our core executive and editorial operations in Nairobi. This role offers hands-on experience at the intersection of media, digital publishing, and institutional networking across East Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Manage executive scheduling, coordinate meeting reminders, track correspondence with institutional partners, and maintain organized digital filing systems.
Content Distribution & Social Dispatch : Format and schedule approved editorial content, press releases, and media updates across our digital distribution channels.
Media & Asset Management : Organize incoming media files, photographs, and event dossiers from high-level partnerships for the editorial team.
Research & Outreach Support : Assist in compiling background research on regional business trends and drafting initial correspondence templates.
