The Business Registration Service (BRS) officially rolled out an updated digital platform on Monday, February 16, aimed at simplifying how business owners update company information online. The new system, accessible through the eCitizen portal, introduces a more structured and user-friendly process for handling corporate changes. These include director appointments and removals, share transfers, company structure modifications, and other statutory filings. Under the updated Version II platform, users are required to log in through eCitizen as usual, with an enhanced OTP-enabled authentication system now in place to strengthen security and ease of access. The redesign is intended to reduce administrative bottlenecks and improve turnaround times for corporate filings.
